When you place an order with AUREVA, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is accepted after we successfully receive and process payment and confirm the order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is changed, declined, or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, PAYMENT AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation.

For U.S. orders, standard shipping is free unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Applicable customs clearance, duties, and import-related charges for U.S. orders are included in our shipping service. Customers will not normally be required to pay additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery.

Applicable sales taxes, where required, may be calculated and displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the applicable order amount.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

For U.S. orders, estimated delivery time after dispatch is approximately 8–15 days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside AUREVA's reasonable control.

Tracking information is provided for shipped orders.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, AUREVA will arrange a replacement at no additional charge in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, AUREVA will provide an appropriate resolution and the customer will not be required to pay return shipping costs.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

- A replacement
- A full refund
- A partial refund
- An exchange
- Another reasonable resolution agreed with the customer

In some cases, AUREVA may determine that returning the original product is not necessary.

Do not send a product back without contacting us first.

AUREVA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made from our Store are transactions directly between you and AUREVA DESIGN LIMITED.

Shopify is not the seller of AUREVA products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders or providing AUREVA customer support.

Your use of certain Shopify consumer services, including services such as Shop or Shop Pay where applicable, may also be subject to Shopify's own terms and privacy policies.

Where applicable law permits, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
